Reservations are Saturday to Saturday only.

One-half of the rental fee is required as a deposit to confirm reservation.
Balance to be paid upon
arrival by cash, official cashier check, or money order.
Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival.

$100 security deposit- will be refunded by mail if everything is in order.

Pet
Policy
- On occasion, pets are allowed. You must discuss this with me first. Your pet must be house trained and on some kind of flea control.
There is a $100 per pet
non-refundable deposit.

Upon arrival, you must register your vehicle at the Ocean Lakes Office. They will collect $3 per day for their security pass. You will need the attached permission letter and your vehicle plate number. They will give you a
map of the community.
The office does not collect the balance of your rental fee.

There is a cleaning fee of $75 - $100, depending upon the size of the house.
This fee may be waived if you choose to clean the house yourself.

You may bring your own linens or arrange for linen service ($75/week)

Cancellation Policy
- If you have to cancel and I am able to re-rent the house, I will gladly refund your deposit, but if the house remains vacant, you will forfeit your deposit.
